Leitner StudySpace (referred to as "the App" or "we") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user data.
The App is built to run entirely locally on your physical device. No internet connection, network permissions, or account sign-ups are required to use any of the features in the App.
Because the App operates 100% offline:
No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, capture, transmit, or store any personal information (such as your name, email address, physical location, device identifiers, or study habits).
Local Storage Only: All flashcards, deck configurations, calendar streaks, and Box placements you create are stored strictly inside a secure SQLite database sandbox on your local device.
Since we do not collect any of your data, we cannot and do not share, sell, trade, rent, or disclose any user data to third-party entities, advertising networks, or analytics providers.
The App does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families policies because it is completely offline and contains no advertisements, in-app purchases, or external tracking mechanisms.
While your data never leaves your device, we recommend securing your mobile device with standard screen locks, biometrics, and security features to prevent unauthorized access to your local database files.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with store regulations. Any updates will be posted directly within the App or updated in this document.
