At Samiaura, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy before placing your order.

We accept returns with in 24 hour of delivery. Please contact us email or WhatsApp to initiate a return.

To be eligible for return , the item must:

only damaged product return accepted[ 24 hours video proof required}

Be unused and is the same condition as received.

In its original packaging.

Including all accessories mannual and freebies (if any).

Certain items can not be returned including:

Personalised or custom made item

Clearance or final sale item.

Once your return is received and inspected , we will notify you of the

Approval or rejection of your refund. If approved , your refund will be processed to your original payment method with in 10 days business days.
