Samhita Vadrevu

I graduated with my PhD in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign in May 2023.  I received my M.Sc (HONS) in Mathematics and B.E (HONS) in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus in June 2017.

I am passionate about applying optimization algorithms to solve complex real world logistical and planning problems. 

My PhD research centered on developing scalable, optimal solutions for real-world applications in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV), utilizing mathematical optimization and GPU-based high-performance computing techniques. 

My motto is RISE: Robust, Interpretable, Scalable, Efficient.
