About Me
I graduated with my PhD in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign in May 2023. I received my M.Sc (HONS) in Mathematics and B.E (HONS) in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus in June 2017.
I am passionate about applying optimization algorithms to solve complex real world logistical and planning problems. My motto is Robust, Interpretable, Scalable, Efficient.
My PhD research centered on developing scalable, optimal solutions for real-world applications in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV), utilizing mathematical optimization and GPU-based high-performance computing techniques.
Previously, I interned as a Data Science Intern at Bayer Crop Science, and Research Intern at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs (MERL).
