• 1:30-4:30 PM – Check-in/Warm up + Auditions w/sight reading in Wright Center (inside building #7 on campus map, see campus map link below)

  • Students will be assigned an audition time at check in

  • Audition Locations:  CLICK HERE 

• 5:15 PM – Results Posted Here: Audition Results 

• 5:00-6:00 PM – Dinner “on your own”

• 6:15 PM – Students arrive at rehearsal locations

• 6:30–8:30 PM – Honor Band Rehearsal #1 

  • Red Band in Wright Center (building #7)

  • Blue Band in Cassese Rehearsal Hall (building #4, 2nd floor, on campus map)

• 8:35pm - Student Pick-Up 

Monday, November 3

• 8:10-8:30 AM – Student Drop-Off

  • Strongly encouraged to not arrive earlier than 8:10 due to traffic on Lakeshore Drive. 

• 8:45–10:45AM – Honor Band Rehearsal #2

• 11:00-12:00PM – Lunch (included)

• 12:15-1:15PM – Masterclasses (locations, TBD)

• 1:30–2:30 PM – Honor Band Rehearsal #3

  • Red Band in Cassese (building #4, 2nd floor, on campus map)

  • Blue Band in Wright Center (building #7)

• 2:45–3:45 PM – Snack Break/University Performance in Courtyard

• 4:00–5:00 PM – Dress Rehearsal / Final Rehearsal #4

• 5:00–6:30 PM – Dinner (included) & Change for Concert

• 7:00 PM – Concert in Wright Center
