Description 

Runway is an action game where you can dress up and kick other models out of the stage. Play as the fabulous robot Lisa, fight against hideous models on runways around the world, and be the queen of fashion! 

Development 

I created the game during the summer of 2019, then continued updating the game and released it on itch.io. The game received many student awards and nominations, as well as a physical release with the Super Rare Mixtape Vol.2.

What do I like about designing this game?

I always had a passion for fashion, and I dreamed of myself making fashion designs. During high school, I participated in a competition event called Paper Fashion Show, where you make clothing completely out of paper, and have a model wearing it and walking on the runway. 

I participated in this competition consecutively for 3 years, and every year I didn't win anything. So an idea popped up in my head like "What if you kick everyone else off the runway? Then you'll automatically win!" And Runway the game was born.

While developing the runway, I got to design various clothing (skins) for the main character Lisa, and that fulfilled my dream of doing fashion design.
