Delete Your Account & Personal Data

Sameday Maids is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you full control over your data.

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can request deletion by following the steps below:

How to Request Account Deletion:

1. Open the Sameday Maids app

2. Go to Profile / Settings section

3. Tap on “Delete Account” option

What Data Will Be Deleted:

- User profile information (name, email, phone number)

- Booking history and service records

- Saved addresses and preferences

- Any uploaded images or files associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained:

- Transaction records required for legal or financial compliance (if applicable)

- Data retained for fraud prevention or legal obligations

Data Retention Period:

Some data may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion request for security and compliance purposes, after which it will be permanently removed.
