This Privacy Policy explains how Alarm Clock - Wake Up Alarm ("the App"), made by KESRINANDAN SIQUENCE ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy and to the Terms & Conditions below.
1. Our Approach to Your Data
The App is designed to work on your device. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts. Your alarms, reminders, clocks and timers stay on your device.
2. Your Alarms, Reminders, Clocks and Timers
The alarms and reminders you set (including their times, dates, repeat days, labels, snooze, sound and vibration settings), the cities you add to the world clock, your timers and timer presets, your stopwatch laps and your theme settings are stored only on your device. We do not collect, store or share them.
When you choose an alarm sound, the App uses a ringtone that is already on your device. It does not upload or share it.
3. After-Call Quick Actions
When a phone call ends, the App can show a small screen over other apps so you can quickly set an alarm or create a reminder. To do this, the App only needs to know that a call has ended.
- The App does not record calls or access call content.
- The App does not read phone numbers, contacts or call logs.
- No call-related information is collected, stored or shared.
- The after-call screen is shown only after a call ends, and it does not track what you do in other apps.
- The after-call screen may show ads (see Ads and Your Choices below).
- You can turn this feature off at any time in the App's settings.
4. Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App may also send you push notifications, in addition to your alarm and reminder alerts. These are delivered by iZooto (see Third-Party Services below). To deliver them, iZooto uses a push token (an identifier for your device), basic device information such as device model and operating system, and whether each notification is delivered and opened. iZooto does not receive your alarms, reminders or any information about your calls.
You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device's notification settings.
5. Information We Collect Automatically
To keep the App working and to show ads, the App and its third-party services may automatically collect:
- Device information, such as device model, operating system version, language and screen size
- App usage information, such as screens viewed, features used and session length
- Crash and performance reports
- Advertising ID, used for ads and ad measurement
- Approximate location based on IP address, used by ad networks to show relevant ads
This information does not include your alarms, reminders, clocks, timers, or any information about your calls.
6. Permissions We Use
We only ask for a permission when a feature needs it. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.
- INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE and ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: to load ads and push notifications, send crash reports, and check whether you are online. Alarms, reminders, clocks and timers work without an internet connection.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13 and above): to show alarm, reminder and timer alerts, upcoming and missed alarm notifications, and push notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, but some alarm and reminder alerts may then not appear.
- SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM (Android 12 and 12L) and USE_EXACT_ALARM (Android 13 and above): to ring your alarms, reminders and timers at the exact time you set.
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: to restore your alarms and reminders after your device restarts.
- WAKE_LOCK: to wake your device so your alarms ring on time, even when it is asleep.
- VIBRATE: to vibrate your device when an alarm, reminder or timer goes off.
- USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT: to show the alarm screen over your lock screen when an alarm rings.
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK: to keep playing the alarm or timer sound until you stop or snooze it.
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: to keep the stopwatch running, and show its time in a notification, while you use other apps.
- READ_PHONE_STATE: only to know when a phone call ends, so the App can show the After-Call Quick Actions screen. The App does not read phone numbers, call logs, call content or device identifiers.
- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (display over other apps): to show the After-Call Quick Actions screen, where you can set an alarm or create a reminder. It is shown only after a call ends and does not track what you do in other apps.
- AD_ID: to show ads and measure ad performance.

14. Safety and Security
We regularly check the App for malware. The App does not send data without your knowledge or use your network excessively. Please download the App only from Google Play.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continuing to use the App means you accept the updated policy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms apply to the App described in the Privacy Policy above. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. Using the App
The App lets you set alarms and reminders, and use a countdown timer, stopwatch and world clock. Use it for personal, lawful purposes only. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the App, and don't use it in any way that harms the App or other people.
2. Your Alarms and Settings
The alarms, reminders, clocks and timers you set belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for setting them correctly.
3. Alarm Reliability
Alarms and reminders depend on your device. They may not ring, or may ring late, if your device is switched off or out of battery, its alarm volume is too low, notifications or permissions for the App are turned off, your device's battery-saving settings stop the App, or the App's data is cleared. Please check these settings, and don't rely on the App alone when missing an alarm could cause harm, such as for taking medicine or catching a flight.
4. Loss of Data
We are not responsible for alarms, reminders, clocks or settings that you delete or lose, including through device problems, uninstalling the App or clearing its data.
5. Ads
The free version shows ads from third-party networks, including on the after-call screen. How they use data is explained in the Privacy Policy above.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or available, or that every alarm will ring.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the App, including loss of data or a missed or late alarm or reminder.
8. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
