It is a team formed by the organization under the supervision of PS12 Marahan Police Station. Aimed to ORGANIZE a youth movement that ENCOURAGES and STRENGTHENS the youth’s ability in suppressing the illegal drug and terrorism problem in the country. A nationwide movement that intends to ORGANIZE, TRAIN and MOBILIZE THE YOUTH AND STUDENT SECTORS as an advocacy program of the PNP. It is envisioned to inflame the SPIRIT OF VOLUNTEERISM among youth and student sectors through the PCR platforms and programs. Designed to empower the STUDENTS AND YOUTH SECTORS TO BECOME PROACTIVE PARTNERS of the government in the nationwide campaign against illegal drugs through PNPs Recovery and Wellness Program and anti-terrorism through E.O. 70.

The 4H Club is an organization of out-of-school youth (OSY) and in-school-youth (ISY) involved in agriculture programs and livelihood projects for the four-fold development of the HEAD, HEART, HANDS, and HEALTH.

Sambunotan Youth Organization - Quick Response Team also known as Malamba Youth Responder is a team organized by the organization to ensure 24/7 emergency response within Marilog District. It is also the first emergency response team in Marilog District that was acknowledged by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. It also offers assistance to different activities such as vaccination, pay-out, relief operation, and other activities. The QRT is now under the support of the BDRRMC on their respective Barangay's. This is also to ensure a unified response in Marilog District regardless of the border.
