📜 Our Journey & Business History

Founded on principles of structural precision, integrity, and long-term value creation, our multi-sectoral ventures reflect over a decade of entrepreneurial evolution.

Starting from ground-level civil site supervision and spatial planning, the vision expanded into high-value infrastructure execution, logistics, sustainable agritech, and industrial operations under Maitreya Group. Recognizing the growing need for modern, Vastu-compliant architectural spaces, Arcova Homes was established as a dedicated civil and interior execution enterprise.

To broaden our footprint across consumer and analytical domains, we launched The Beast (P) Ltd. delivering premium culinary and hospitality experiences and Maati Broadcasting, a digital media and strategic editorial platform dedicated to global policy, defense, and national affairs.

Today, our ecosystem operates across industrial, commercial, residential, and editorial sectors delivering end-to-end execution excellence.
