1. Led the global Edge Application Architecture alignment across the SDOs (3GPP and ETSI MEC) and industry bodies (GSMA OPG).    

2. Led "India 6G Vision Roadmap" : this was inaugurated by Hon'ble PM of India as Bharat 6G Vision.

• Edge Application Architecture

  • Led global alignment of Edge Application (EDGEAPP) Architecture across multiple SDOs (3GPP, ETSI MEC, and GSMA OPG) (Link).

  • This work has laid foundation for global Edge Application deployment in 5G and Beyond 5G networks.

• 6G Technical Requirements 

  • Led the 6G India roadmap and vision at TSDSI and the contributions to ITU-T.

• TCS Research

  • Cognitive Controller

    • This is an intelligent wireless network and application management & orchestration framework. This also involved collaboration with various Business Units (CMI, IT IS, etc.) to gather their requirements. This uses Reinforcement Learning (Q-learning) based prediction and prescription model for user/device handover. (Link)

• This solution was the top 10 finalist among 2000+ most impactful products participating at TCS Innovista 2021.

• This project received a funding of $1Million.

• TNaaS (TCS Network as a Service)

  • A framework that abstracts the network details from the cloud platform. This was released to TCS BUs to develop customer offering. (Link)

• This project generated a revenue of over $10 Million.

• MPTCP (Multipath TCP)

  • Designed and developed new solution based on MPTCP and handed over to TBU and Smart Machines Program for enabling their use cases. 

• This work was contributed to IETF (Link).

• ICN (Information Centric Networking)

  • This is an open-source project where I developed ICN architecture, and various enabling components for ICN. 

• This work has been contributed to Open Source Community. (Link)

• Novell Software

  • Novell Audit & Platform Agent

    • Architecture, design and maintenance of product Novell Audit and Platform Agent. Platform Agent is the core product of Novell to enable health monitoring and event management among Novell products as well as with third party products.

• Infosys Technology

  • Finacle - Core Banking Product

    • Finacle is a leading core banking product from Infosys. As part of the network architecture team at Finacle, I contributed towards improving the efficiency of different Finacle components.

Industry-Academic Collaboration

1. Led the collaboration project with University of California, San Francisco, USA.

2. Led the collaboration project with IIT Kharagpur, India.

3. Led the 6G Vision collaboration with 3GPP, IITs, and Indian Govt research lab.   

4. Member of Industry Collaboration Body (5GIF) and led their collaboration with Indian Universities.

5. Launched the Industry and University collaboration platform to drive the innovation and global technology standards contributions.
