While pursuing an undergraduate degree, I became interested in Writing and completed multiple different courses on the subject, eventually graduating with a minor in Writing. While completing this program, I designed several websites and wrote copy on a variety of subjects: health, education, sleep quality, maintaining wellness in college, and study tips.

With over seven years in the education field, I have also written copy for several school-based projects, hoping to engage students and parents alike. Links were emailed to parents advertising an event at the school, and fun taglines and slogans were used to increase the buzz surrounding the event. The impact was measured by the turnout rate of parents and the amount of donations received by the end of the event.

 Furthermore, I have almost a year’s experience as a freelance writer. I have worked on various projects, editing copy, proofing samples, designing web pages, and contributing content for multiple sites and publications. I am familiar with multiple SEO tools and have utilized several to maximize web traffic, such as keyword usage and backlinks. I love working as part of a team and look forward to collaborating with other creative individuals!
