The Samagra ID, also known as the SSSM ID , is a unique identification number issued to citizens of Madhya Pradesh to enable them to avail various government schemes and services. The Samagra Social Security Mission, under which this ID is issued, was launched in 2010 by the Madhya Pradesh Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.
You can register a new family in Samagra by following the instructions given below:
Visit the official Samagra portal (samagra.gov.in)
See the section “Register Family/Member in Samagra”
Click on “Register Family”
Enter the Aadhaar linked mobile number of the head of the family and click on “Generate OTP”
Enter the OTP received on the registered number and continue
Enter the Aadhaar number of the head of the family and click on “Generate OTP”
Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and click on “Accept”
Enter the details of the head of the family and upload all the required documents
Enter the captcha code and click on “Proceed”
After this, a confirmation message will appear on the screen
