encourage them to find ways of dealing with the anxiety. We should teach them how to prepare well for the exams. So here are some tips to improve the mental well-being for a stress-free and happy examination time:

Along with the tips mentioned above, parents and teachers should be aware that students express themselves in different ways. As students, it's crucial to grasp the importance of strength and nurturing mental resilience in effectively facing challenges. Embracing positive language, like replacing "stress" with "pressure," fosters a healthier mindset. Acknowledging the power of words, one can uphold a constructive outlook by seeing situations as manageable pressure rather than overwhelming stress. This mindset helps us maintain control and optimism, empowering us to overcome difficulties with resilience.” Ma’am further added that “Promoting positive language not only improves individual well-being but also fosters a supportive environment within schools, communities, and society. This fosters a focus on solutions, growth, and resilience, crucial for navigating modern challenges. Moreover, initiatives like the "No Angry Zone" boards around the school, a gift from Sister Shivani, aim to promote emotional regulation and positivity. These endeavours contribute to enhance mental well-being and build stronger and resilient communities among students.”

Overall, the celebration at Salwan Public School, Gurugram, served as a fitting tribute to the 75th Republic Day, uniting students, staff, and attendees in a shared celebration of patriotism and national pride.

The feeling of getting lost in a Book

Fatigued from my days regime,

I sat on my desk thinking of a new scheme.

I needed to get out of this mess,

and commence something afresh.

As I looked around my room to find something new,

I began to get impatient and my anticipation grew.

I searched here and there,

but nothing caught my attention anywhere.

As I cast about my bed,

I stumbled upon a book, waiting to be read.

With nothing else to do, I consciously opened it,

As soon as I read the first page, my eyes lit.

My worries reduced with every page turned,

In the land of stories I became submerged.

At many points rage, sadness, excitement, suspense and happiness

devoured me, I was a bird at last free.

With this book in my hands, I didn’t have a care in the world,

I curled up in my warm quilt with my cat and I snuggled.

At one moment I was climbing Rapunzel‘s tower,

and in the other I was in a Meadow flushed with vibrant flowers.

Then again after a while Cinderella was showing me her glass slipper, while

I was trying to steal sleeping beauty's spindle at the other.

I even climbed Jack’s beanstalk,

only to be unfortunately chased by a giant kitten in a frock.

I was oblivious to everything happening around me,

I was now in realms where my subconscious imagination had become a reality.

What next was the only question in my mind,

inner peace, I was at last able to find.

In this busy world I was finally able to find some rest,

I fell asleep with the Book on my chest.

Time Management Tips for Teens

Time Management means doing things on time and organizing things nicely. Nowadays, teens do not do things on time and get distracted by activities around them. Therefore, teens should prepare a to-do list to do the tasks to be done on a short-term and long-term basis that they have written on the list. Also, they should prioritize their tasks. Teenagers need to minimize their distractions like gadgets. They should take guidance from their parents, teachers, and other people around to help in managing their time.

Also, they can distribute more time to the specified tasks they want to focus on. If the teens can manage their time well, they can focus on priorities and will not be stressed. If they do adequate time management for their work e.g., studies. they will be successful and achieve better grades. Timely completion of tasks gives them happiness, and motivation and also boosts their confidence.

Further, teens should break their tasks into smaller tasks. It will help them to get involved, active, and have more concentration. if they try to do a large project at once they will get tired. Therefore, they need to break it into smaller tasks. They should create a schedule for their work to get the other things on time. Keep the to-do list flexible and achievable and after getting through the to-do list prepared.

Teens should ensure to get sufficient sleep, healthy meals, and exercise, physical and mental health impacts the ability to manage time effectively.

WHO AM I?

I am the representative of my self-confidence, my willpower, my morals, and my passion. I am keen to do anything and everything that makes my parents proud of me. I want to show the world that bookish knowledge is not at all enough to crack the exam of our lives. Whatever life—its failure and success—teaches you is the original key to success.

I believe that your religious, ethnic, and financial backgrounds cannot determine your future. I personally believe that the saying "money can’t buy happiness” is partially correct. Yes, the love provided by your family can never be bought with money, but don’t you think now that money has become very powerful? I want to be financially secure as per the increase in the commercial value of every daily-use product. I don’t want to work for money; instead, I want money to work for me.

I am a person who wants to reflect her education in her life. I can see the mounting population of India as well as the growing demands for water, food, and many other daily utilities. I want to be a person who wants to dig out a solution for this major problem, as the oil we are digging out is going to run out just like all the other natural resources.

I think that rather than spending money on luxurious items, we should put it toward the conservation of the rich diversity of flora and fauna. I will build many biosphere reserves for plants and animals that are on the verge of extinction. I am a renewable energy ally.

Except for everything written above, I am a human first.

How does Recycling benefit the environment?

Recycling is the process by which junk is transformed into something new. This process is truly miraculous as the so-called waste is turned into a useful article. Things that are considered useless have the capacity to be regenerated into a new resource.

For example, Rajagopalan Vasudevan, invented roads of plastic waste and hence was entitled as “The father of Plastic Roads”. He was also awarded with Padma Shri by PM Narendra Modi.

As they say, nothing in this world is without purpose, the trash which is thrown away thoughtlessly can also serve us in a fine manner by recycling. If we recycle today, we will save upon something which would have been a waste tomorrow.

Plastic, a non-biodegradable substance, is a great danger for the present and future generations. This situation demands that plastic should be recycled and used again. Hence, it is super important for us to adhere to this practice and save the world.
