Salus is a device-first mobile app that helps you track your health data. This policy explains what data is processed where when you use Salus.
Core principle: your health data stays on your device
All of your health records — including blood pressure, glucose, weight, medications, appointments, cycle tracking and notes — are stored only on your own device. They are never sent to our servers (Salus has none) and never shared with third
parties. Only you can access your data.
Network use
Salus uses the network only for the following purposes:
• Subscription verification: your Salus Premium status is verified through Google Play and our subscription provider, RevenueCat. This processes purchase tokens, a pseudonymous app user ID and basic device information. Your health data is never
part of this. RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
• AI features (optional, only if you use them): premium features such as the AI health summary process pre-computed, anonymous statistical summaries (e.g. averages, trend direction, adherence percentage) — never your raw health records, and
never identity information such as your name or date of birth. If you don't use these features, nothing is sent.
What we do not collect
Salus does not collect advertising identifiers, show ads, run behavioral analytics, or sell or share your health data for any purpose.
Storage and deletion
Because your data lives on your device, you are in full control. You can delete records in the app, or remove the app to permanently erase everything. If you create encrypted backup files, storing them and their password is your responsibility;
we cannot see or recover your password.
Your rights (GDPR / Turkish KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Since your health data is on your device, you can exercise these rights directly in the app. For subscription-related requests, contact us.
Children's privacy
Salus is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
