Richard is the owner of Salty Saws LLC and brings more than sixteen years of hands-on construction experience to the business. With a background in electrical work and experience across industrial, commercial, and high-end residential projects, he has developed a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a deep respect for doing things the right way from start to finish.
Originally from Westhampton, New York, Richard carries an appreciation for quality, pride in workmanship, and the kind of finished product that people remember. Over the years, he has lived and worked in different places, gaining broad experience while staying rooted in the same core values: honesty, dignity, dependability, and real pride in the work.
Richard built Salty Saws LLC to bring clients something better — not just a completed job, but a better overall experience. One where people feel respected, treated fairly, communicated with clearly, and confident in who they hired. He believes every client deserves the same level of care, attention, and craftsmanship often associated with the highest-end homes, paired with the comfort and trust of dealing with a genuine working professional.

Originally from the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C., Danielle is the second owner of Salty Saws and brings a refined blend of professionalism, organization, and client-centered thinking to the company. She shares Richard’s passion for quality craftsmanship, exceptional attention to detail, and unwavering integrity—values that shape every project Salty Saws takes on. Danielle genuinely enjoys collaborating with clients to understand their needs, develop the larger vision, and help create curated spaces and solutions that feel personal, thoughtful, and true to the people they are designed for.
Her background in residential property management, combined with her current role as a project manager in clinical research, has uniquely prepared her to guide projects with precision, communication, and foresight. Danielle also brings experience in both commercial and residential construction from the other side of the desk, giving her a well-rounded perspective that helps clients feel confident from the earliest planning stages through execution.
