By downloading or using Salt Recipes (“Salt”, “the App”, or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

Salt Recipes is provided as a freemium mobile application, with optional paid features.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content, nor may you attempt to extract the source code, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the App.

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and software, remain the property of Salt Recipes or its licensors.

2. User Accounts

To use Salt Recipes, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Salt Recipes allows you to create, store, and manage recipes by:

Content imported from third-party sources remains subject to the rights and terms of the original source. By importing content, you confirm that you have the right to store it for personal use.

All recipes are private by default and are not publicly shared through the App.

4. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Some features of Salt Recipes may require payment.

If you choose to purchase a subscription or paid feature, pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and we do not store your payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable app store’s policies.

5. Internet Access and Device Responsibility

Some features of the App require an active internet connection. Salt Recipes is not responsible for the App not functioning fully if you do not have access to the internet or if your data allowance is exceeded.

Any data charges incurred while using the App are your responsibility.

You are also responsible for keeping your device charged and secure. We are not liable if you are unable to access the Service due to device issues.

6. App Updates and Availability

We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality or comply with technical requirements. You agree to accept updates when they are made available.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be compatible with your device or operating system.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

If the App is discontinued, your right to use the App will end, and you must stop using it and delete it from your device.
