About Salt & Light Co.

Salt & Light Co. is a faith-based youth theater dedicated to nurturing young performers both on and off the stage. Our rehearsals include time for devotion and prayer groups, encouraging spiritual growth, teamwork, and positive character. Through storytelling and performance, we strive to bring light to our audiences and create meaningful, uplifting theater experiences.

Show Synopsis

Set in New York City at the turn of the 20th century, Disney's Newsies Jr. tells the high-energy and inspiring story of Jack Kelly and a group of young newspaper sellers who stand up for what’s right when powerful publishers raise distribution prices at their expense. Filled with uplifting dance numbers, unforgettable songs, and a message of courage and unity, Disney's Newsies Jr.,is a celebration of teamwork, determination, and finding your voice.
