Monica Carrasco, owner of Salon28, is a passionate and experienced cosmetologist who received her cosmetology license in 2017. Since then, she has proven her expertise by winning both bronze and silver in the state competition of Cosmetology Skills U.S.A. Her background in business and customer service further enhances her ability to provide outstanding care and attention. In addition to her work at Salon28, Monica is also a dedicated cosmetology instructor at Northern Pioneer College, giving her a broadened perspective on all things beauty. She takes pride in her Mexican heritage and speaks both English and Spanish, welcoming a variety of culture into Salon28.
