Your Salon 2000 experience starts with a thorough consultation, where we take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences. TINA LEDOUX
S A L O N O W N E R
With 32 years behind the chair and 26 years as a proud salon owner, I've built my career on passion, education, and connection. What started as a love for hair has grown into a lifelong commitment to helping people feel confident, beautiful and truly seen.
Over the years, I've trained extensively in multiple professional color lines including Joico, Keune, Schwarzkopf, Redken, and currently Kevin Murphy. I continue to invest in advanced education in cutting, color application, and business growth because our industry is always evolving- and so am I.
For me its never just about the hair. It fills my heart to grow alongside each new client- supporting not only their hair goals but their personal journey as well. The relationships built in my chair are what make this work so meaningful.
When I'm not in the salon, you'll find me caring for my momma, embracing self-care with a massage or a good book, taking trips with Erin or friends, boating on Sebago with Mike and Erin, or walking the bays of Cape Cod with my sisters searching for hidden treasures.
In the next chapter of life, I hope to be in the salon part time, supporting my daughter Erin in whatever direction her journey takes her- if this becomes her forever path. Watching the next generation grow is one of my greatest joys. "

"From the moment you walk through the door, you'll be greeted with a bubbly personality and a warm, welcoming smile. I take pride in being the backbone of the salon - jumping in wherever I'm needed so our team can thrive and every guest feels cared for.
With cosmetology school starting this fall, I'm excited to officially begin my journey in the beauty industry. Art is in my genes, and I can't wait to express my creativity behind the chair. Once I'm actively working in the salon, I'm committed to continuing my education and growing into the very best stylist I can be.
When I'm not at the salon, you'll probably find me up north spending time with my boyfriend and friends - recharging and making memories."
STEPHANIE STEPHEN
"With 26 years behind the chair - and 21 of those proudly at Salon 2000 - 1 bring experience, passion, and continuous education to every guest who sits in it. I believe our industry is always evolving, which is why I commit to ongoing training in cutting, color, and the latest techniques to keep my skills sharp and my clients looking their absolute best.
Throughout my career, I've worked extensively with multiple professional color lines including Keune, Schwarzkopf, Joico, SoColor, Redken, and Kevin Murphy. This diverse experience allows me to customize every formula and service to fit your individual hair goals and lifestyle.
I'm currently accepting new clients and would love to welcome you into my chair!
When I'm not at the salon, you might find me mixing up your favorite drinks on Saturday nights — and if there's karaoke involved, I'm definitely there. I also believe in taking great pride in caring for myself, and during the summer you'll often find me relaxing poolside at my sister's house, soaking up the sunshine.

GIOVANNA ALCOFORADO
"I’m a passionate hairstylist with over four years of experience at Salon 2000. I graduated from Greater Lowell Technical High School’s Cosmetology Program and continue investing in advanced education in haircutting, balayage, and hands-on training with Kevin Murphy to keep growing in my craft.
I specialize in dimensional color, lived-in blonding, and custom color services that enhance your natural beauty while fitting seamlessly into your lifestyle. I love refreshing highlights and finishing every appointment with a polished, bouncy blowout so you leave feeling confident and your absolute best.
My goal is always to create a relaxing, uplifting experience where you feel heard and cared for. I’m currently accepting new clients and would be so excited to welcome you into my chair!
Outside the salon, I enjoy staying active, traveling, spending time with my dog, and getting lost in a good thriller book. I can’t wait to meet you!"
CHRISTINE BROWN
If you're looking for a sharp men's cut, Chris is your girl. From precision fades to classic styles, she knows how to deliver a clean, confident look every time.
Feeling a little frizzy? Keratin is her jam.
Ready to add a pop of fashion color? She's got that covered too. With 35 years behind the chair, Chris brings experience, creativity, and consistency to every appointment.
She continues her education in men's and women's cutting, advanced foiling techniques, and keratin treatments to stay current and keep her clients looking their best.
Chris also works full-time as an Investigational Product Coordinator, which means her salon hours are limited - and in high demand! Her love for her craft and her clients is what keeps her behind the chair, so be sure to book early.
When she's not at the salon, you'll find Chris relaxing by her pool, hiking local trails, or riding her ATV.
MELANIE SIMARD
With 38 years of experience behind the chair, Melanie Simard brings artistry, precision, and passion to every client she serves. A graduate of Lowell Academy of Hairstyling, Melanie has built her career on continued education and advanced training, earning certifications in permanent waving, Keune Color Specialist, So Cap Hair Extensions, Nexxus Slide & Angle Cutting, and advanced foiling techniques.
Specializing in customized precision cuts, dimensional coloring, and elegant wedding and prom updos, Melanie's style ranges effortlessly from natural and timeless to bold and edgy. Every cut, color, and style is thoughtfully tailored to suit each client's individual wants, needs, and lifestyle.
Melanie believes beautiful hair doesn't end at the salon. Every appointment includes a personalized styling tutorial, complete with product recommendations and hands-on guidance so clients can confidently recreate their look at home.
Her goal is simple: to ensure every guest leaves feeling empowered, polished, and uniquely themselves.
