Responsibilities:
Play role as decision maker, policy planner, managing and monitoring official and site-oriented task.
Played as an in-house architect. I was accountable for resolving design and development problems. Created building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. Maintained transparent communication with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects. Worked closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, civil engineers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists. Applied for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments (e.g., Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK), Chittagong Development Authority (CDA), and Pouroshova. I was involved with materials selection, feasibility, and adaptability with the site requirements. Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications, and contracts. Scheduled the material and equipment purchases and delivery.
