These are people / families who I have communicated directly with and verified their identity / whereabouts. They are real people struggling in unbearable conditions in Gaza. The genocide is not over, and you can help enormously them by donating - but also by protesting, putting pressure on politicians by emailing them etc. (demand sanctions to Israel and an end to all collaboration with them), boycotting (visit https://bdsmovement.net for more information), joining actions through organisations and groups that support Palestinians' human rights and by speaking up in every way that you can.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some of these families have their donation link since a long time, so please note that the amount of money that shows does not equal the amount of money they still have. All of the donated money has already been used to daily costs of living which can often be very high in Gaza, unfortunately.
HOW DO THEY GET THE MONEY? Since there are no more banks, the person who makes the donation link transfers money online, and Palestinians then buy cash from "cash sellers" who take a percentage of the money.
We all wish this horrible situation to end soon, but meanwhile this is a concrete and quick way to help Palestinians living in Gaza. EVERY DONATION IS IMPORTANT, NO MATTER HOW SMALL! PLEASE HELP IN ANY WAY THAT YOU CAN.
Mahmoud is a young man dreaming to be a journalist. He is looking for help to study abroad in English. The donated money goes to support his 3-year-old niece, his mother and his brothers families, and we wish to find a way to evacuate Mahmoud so that he can continue his studies abroad.
Ragda is a mother of 3 boys and she is living in a tent with her family. The situation is extremely complicated, she receives very little donations and she needs all the support we can give her and her children. Please consider donating to Ragda.
Amira is a future lawyer, her family lives in a tent and she is taking care of many families around her. They need help to pay the rent for the land they live on and for her father's medical needs (he has diabetes).
Mostafa is a teenager living in a tent by the sea. He is taking care of his family and needs our support in this difficult situation. The tent has holes in it and the rain flooded it recently. Mostafa needs donations urgently.
Shaimaa has three children as well, and her children (aged 5, 4 and 2 years) suffer from health problems and trauma due to the genocide and the destruction. Their daily life is very complicated and they need us.
Tariq is a journalist who was imprisoned and tortured by the IOF and he still suffers from health problems because of that. He has no more income, like almost everyone in Gaza and is dependent of our support.
Marwan is a young man living in a broken tent and supporting his family, he needs a new tent urgently. Lift the weight off his shoulders and donate to him.
