As my college years comes to an end, there are a lot of realizations that goes along with it. Especially with my chosen course. I have realize that teachers play a huge factor in teaching the future generation and they view us as a role model for them to follow. Teachers must be effective and good at what they do to make sure that the learners actually learn and be successful in the long run and in their own journey in life. Furthermore, upon gaining the knowledge and experience that I have given this four-year course. I believe that the emphasis of learning should be focused primarily on the students. The classroom should have a positive learning environment for the learners to come to everyday and be excited rather than feeling like going to school is a burden. The students should develop the love for learning and their teachers as well. Education must serves as a purpose to make the students strong in all aspects of themselves and to develop their skills even more. They should be taught to have good morals and have that strong urgency and drive to be successful without using others to their own advantages. 

On a lasting note, being a teacher can be an impactful way for our students to see the world based on our teachings and develop their own views basing on the teachings that we show them. As a teacher, it is my mission to empower students to realize their full potential by providing opportunities, support, feedback, and guidance to achieve their learning desires and to showcase their learning outcomes. I will plan my learning environment carefully basing on the student's strengths and weaknesses because in my mind. I understand that students have different learning styles and that very students should have the opportunity to learn and not to be left behind.
