Salil Kashyap is an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at IIT Guwahati. His research broadly focuses on wireless communications and signal processing with emphasis on system modeling, performance analysis and algorithm design for beyond 5G cellular communication systems.
He is actively working on resource allocation problems in massive MIMO, OTFS, cognitive radio, wireless energy transfer, non-orthogonal multiple access, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces based wireless system design, and enabling wireless communication with UAVs.
