Born in Guatemala and raised in Brooklyn.

Throughout my life, I have observed what makes a person who they are through various lenses such as philosophy, religion, upbringing, and the arts. I sincerely believe that all stories can and should be represented through photography and cinema.

Being born in Guatemala is a part of my identity that I truly cherish because the astonishing culture of the Guatemalan people is one that has helped me understand others and their view points. Additionally, living in Brooklyn, amongst a mostly Asian population, has further helped foster my belief that differences in culture and identity are valuable and should be shared. It is my personal goal to give voice and power to those who are not often represented through my art.
