Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using SaleSnap (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of the Service
SaleSnap is a discount calculator and sale price utility app designed to help users quickly calculate discounts, savings, and final prices in a clean and simple interface. The App may include features such as:
Original price input
Discount percentage calculation
Savings amount calculation
Final sale price display
Quick discount selection
Manual discount adjustment
Recent calculation history
Saved results or local calculation records, if available
Optional copy, export, save, or share features for calculation results or screenshots, if available
App preferences such as currency display, theme, language, or UI settings, if available
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
Permissions and Device Features
SaleSnap is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access for ads, billing, analytics, diagnostics, or optional remote content
Photos / Media / Storage access only if the App provides save, export, image, screenshot, or share features that require file access
Notification access only if the App provides reminders, saved result alerts, price-related alerts, or related notification features, if enabled
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
Misuse the App in a way that may interfere with its normal operation
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any calculation results, saved records, screenshots, exported files, or content you choose to save, export, copy, or share from the App.
Calculation and Use Disclaimer
SaleSnap is provided as a general discount calculator and sale price utility for convenience only. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that discount calculations, savings amounts, sale prices, history records, saved results, or displayed values will always be accurate, complete, or error-free in all situations.
Calculation results may vary depending on factors such as user input, rounding rules, currency formatting, tax, shipping fees, coupons, store-specific pricing rules, regional pricing, or other charges not included in the App.
The App does not provide financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, shopping advice, or professional pricing guidance. You should verify final prices, discounts, taxes, shipping fees, and purchase conditions directly with the store, seller, or service provider before making a purchase.
The App is not intended for financial, legal, emergency, safety-critical, or life-dependent use. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for losses, purchase decisions, incorrect payments, missed discounts, pricing errors, or outcomes resulting from the use of the App or reliance on calculation results displayed or stored in the App.
Advertisements and Purchases
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features, if applicable
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits, if applicable
Premium features such as ad removal, additional history, export options, advanced customization, or other convenience features, if applicable
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any inaccurate discount calculation, savings amount, final price, currency display, saved result, or history record
Any loss of local calculation history, saved results, cached data, app settings, or preferences due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any device compatibility issue, export failure, sharing issue, or display issue
Any purchase decision, payment, missed discount, pricing difference, tax difference, or store-related issue based on the App’s calculations
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
Updates and Changes
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, performance improvements, or compatibility updates.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
