Congrats to Mason and Blake first communion. The entire Leonard family helped with communion.

Due to Palm Sunday, we didn't plan a children's sermon. Apparently, the kids have a different plan. So.....Pastor Ernesto is giving them what they want. An impromptu children's sermon.

For grades 7-12. Donna and Brian will have permission forms available on Sunday. Cost is $10 per person for tickets and any other money they would like for food or drinks.

Pastor Scott Alan Johnson, Wakefield Native (baptizied & confirmed Salem member), was installed as Nebraska ELCA bishop on September 24, 2022 in Kearney Nebraska! Salem Lutheran had a watch party to view the streamed even. Our community is proud of this accomplishment!
