With the statewide Local Programs Workshop being held in our District this year, we elected to conduct a virtual LAP Day event. The day was still focused on helping Salem District localities with the various programs, requirements and phases of a locally administered project, but also provided useful info to localities in partnering with VDOT related to planning, resource allocation, and delivery of future transportation projects.
