Cancellations

Customer initiated cancellation:

50% of the service cost if cancelled within 24 hours of service. 

100% of the service cost if cancelled same day as service. 

Trainer initiated cancellation:

If cancelled the day before service, client will not be charged and will receive a $25 credit towards their next service. 

If cancellation occurs on the same day as the service, client will not be charged and will receive a $35 credit towards their next service. 

We appreciate your understanding in regard to our cancellation policy. All of our trainers are commission based. If a service is cancelled on short notice, the fee's help to cover missed earnings. When we have enough notice it allows us to fill that slot for our trainers so they aren't missing out on wages.
