These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Salat Adan (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. App Purpose
Salat Adan provides prayer times, Adhan reminders, Qibla direction, nearby mosque search, daily adhkar, widgets, Live Activities, and Apple Watch companion features.
The App is intended for personal, informational, and convenience purposes.
2. Religious Content and Accuracy
The App may display Islamic content such as adhkar, Quran references, Hadith references, prayer reminders, and related information.
We aim to provide useful and respectful content, but the App should not be considered a religious authority or a substitute for qualified scholars, local mosques, or official religious institutions.
Prayer times, Qibla direction, mosque search results, and reminders may vary due to:
- Location accuracy
- Calculation method
- Device sensor accuracy
- Time zone settings
- Local authority differences
- Internet or system service availability
You are responsible for verifying important prayer times, Qibla direction, and religious matters with trusted local sources.
3. User Responsibility
You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully.
You should not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, disrupt its functionality, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Notifications and Reminders
The App may provide prayer reminders, Adhan alerts, adhkar reminders, widgets, and Apple Watch notifications.
These reminders are provided for convenience only.
We do not guarantee that notifications will always arrive on time, as delivery may depend on iOS settings, device status, battery mode, Focus mode, network conditions, and Apple system behavior.
5. Location and Qibla Features
The App may use your device location and sensors to calculate prayer times, Qibla direction, and nearby mosque results.
Qibla readings may be affected by compass calibration, magnetic interference, device movement, and sensor accuracy.
You should calibrate your device and verify results when needed.
6. Optional Support Purchases
The App may offer optional In-App Purchases that allow users to support the development of the App.
All main features are available to everyone.
Optional support purchases do not unlock essential religious features and are not required to use the App.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment, refunds, and purchase management are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.
7. No Guarantee of Availability
We aim to keep the App reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Some features may depend on Apple services, system permissions, device compatibility, location services, or internet access.
8. Intellectual Property
The App design, code, branding, layout, and original content are owned by or licensed to ALILOU DIGITAL LTD.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reproduce the App or its content without permission, except as allowed by law.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may use Apple services such as Location Services, Apple Maps, StoreKit, WidgetKit, WatchOS, and notification services.
Your use of these services may also be subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALILOU DIGITAL LTD is not responsible for any loss, damage, missed prayer reminder, inaccurate location result, delayed notification, sensor error, or reliance on information provided by the App.
You use the App at your own discretion and responsibility.
11. Changes to the App
We may update, improve, modify, or remove features from the App at any time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if a user misuses the App, violates these Terms, or uses the App unlawfully.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country or region.
