Salary Simplified is an offline salary calculation app that helps users calculate salary breakdowns, deductions and generate PDF reports.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting user information.

Information Collection & Usage

Salary Simplified is primarily an offline app and does not directly collect, store, or share any personal information. However, the app integrates a third-party SDK (Google AdMob) which may collect and share certain data automatically for advertising and analytical purposes.

Local Data Storage and Backup

All data entered into the app, including salary calculations and generated PDF reports, is stored locally on the user’s device. We do not own any servers and do not have direct access to your data.

The app provides a Backup and Restore feature. If you choose to back up your data, it will be uploaded securely to your personal cloud storage (such as Google Drive) controlled entirely by you. We do not collect or monitor this backup data.

Internet Usage

The core features of the app function entirely offline. However, an internet connection is used to load advertisements via Google AdMob and to facilitate the optional backup/restore feature. Additionally, if you choose to share a generated PDF report using third-party apps, that action is entirely controlled by you.

Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob in our app to display advertisements and keep the app free for everyone. Google AdMob may automatically collect, process, and share the following data types:

• Approximate Location: Derived from IP address to show relevant regional ads.

• App Info and Performance: Crash logs and diagnostics data to monitor app health and fix bugs.

• Device or Other IDs: Advertising identifiers used for personalized ads and analytics.

Children's Privacy

This app is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

While we do not host or store your personal data on our own servers, third-party services like Google AdMob handle data transmission in accordance with their own secure industry-standard protocols.
