Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Reports To: Tech Lead / Head of Technology
Job Location: Cairo, Egypt (The 5th Settlement) / Hybrid (based on project needs)
Work Model: On-site / Hybrid (to be aligned during interviews)

What Will You Do❓

• Develop, maintain, and scale web applications that power Sal7lyy’s operations, customer experience, and internal platforms

• Build robust backend services, APIs, and integrations (payment, CRM, ticketing, notifications, etc.)

• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces and ensure smooth user journeys across products

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and People & Culture teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Own the full development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring

• Improve performance, reliability, and security across systems and ensure best engineering practices

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews, documentation, and team standards

• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support fast iterations and deliver features in a startup environment with high accountability

What Are We Looking For❓

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Preferred)

• 1–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (open to strong fresh grads with solid projects)

• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js preferred)

• Strong backend development skills (Node.js / Python / PHP / .NET — based on stack alignment)

• Experience working with REST APIs and databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB)

• Good understanding of software architecture, clean code, and scalable systems

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with ownership

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Availability for full-time or part-time commitment (as agreed)
