Join Sons of The American Legion
Eligibility Requirements:
- All male descendants, adopted sons and stepsons of members of The American Legion, and such male descendants of veterans who died in Service during the two following war eras:
- April 6, 1917 - November 11, 1918
- December 7, 1941 - current
- Or who died subsequent to their honorable discharge from such service, shall be eligible for Membership in the Sons of The American Legion.
There shall be no forms or class of membership except an active membership.
SAL membership applications are available at all 15 American Legion Posts in Kent and Ottawa Counties. If you have any membership related questions, please feel free to contact the American Legion Post closest to you. We are here to help.
