Maki Mizuno / 水野 真希

I grew up in Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island, where winters reach -20°C and drift ice arrives from Russia. Living in such a harsh environment taught me resilience, adaptability, and the courage to step into the unknown.

I believe the biggest opportunities are created when different worlds come together. Throughout my career, I have worked across startups, global business, branding, marketing, and international communities, building partnerships that connect people, ideas, and innovation.

Rather than following a traditional career path, I have continuously challenged myself by stepping into unfamiliar industries, cultures, and markets. Every new experience has expanded my perspective and shaped the way I create opportunities for others.
