Sakura Gakuen Library Program Rules

1. Handle books gently and carefully!
   Be sure not to tear or fold the pages. 

2. Keep your voice down in the library.
   There are others who may want to read quietly. 

3. Eat your snacks and lunch in the designated area.
   Please clean up after yourself! 

4. Return items (LEGO, puzzles, books, etc.) to their proper places. 

5. Take turns and play nicely with everyone! 

6. Listen carefully to the teachers and staff during activities. 

7. Feel free to take breaks, but always ask for permission before going to the bathroom. 

8. Do not leave the room on your own. If you need to step out, ask an adult first. 

Sakura Gakuen Library Program - Parent Guidelines

1. Dangerous behavior may result in being excluded from future events.
   The safety of all participants is our priority. If any dangerous behavior occurs, we may refuse participation in future programs. 

2. If you lose your pass, it can be reissued for a fee.
   If your pass is lost, it can be reissued for a $25 fee. Please keep your pass safe. 

3. Parents are welcome to join the program, but please stay with your child at all times.
   Please ensure you are nearby to supervise your child and enjoy the activities together. 

4. Please ensure your child is safely dropped off and picked up during program hours.
   Do not allow your child to leave on their own. Ensure they are picked up promptly at the end of the program. 

5. Please cooperate with other parents and participants to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
   Let’s work together to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time. 

6. Please remain reachable during the program in case of any emergencies or issues with your child.
   We may need to contact you quickly, so please ensure we can get in touch if needed. 

7. Snacks and meals should be eaten only in the designated areas.
   Please be mindful of others and eat in the assigned spaces. 

8. Please pick up your child promptly at the end of the program.
   Late pickups may incur additional fees.
