DAY 1  — Saturday, June 13, 2025

   Departure from Bangalore(6:00 AM )

›  Board the tempo traveller at the Bangalore pickup points 

›  Settle in, get comfortable, the journey is part of the experience

›  Breakfast stop en route 

    Manjarabad Fort,History with a View

›  Stop at the iconic star-shaped Manjarabad Fort near Sakleshpur

›  Explore the fort grounds and take in panoramic views of the Ghats

›  Excellent photo opportunity, bring your wide-angle lens

   Homestay Check-in & Lunch

›  Arrive at the Sakleshpur homestay and check in

›  Freshen up and settle into your room

›  Sit down for a warm home-cooked lunch

  Rest & Free Time

›  Unstructured time, nap, read, wander the estate or simply do nothing

›  Let the mountain air do its thing

   Coffee Plantation Walk 

›  A slow, guided nature walk enjoying the scenic side of sakleshpur(1.30 hrs around)

›  Unhurried pace, photos, conversations and pauses encouraged

   Evening Tea & Snacks

›  Settle in with hot chai and light snacks

›  Informal time to relax and soak in the surroundings

   Icebreakers & Group Bonding

   Bonfire Night (7:30 PM onwards)

DAY 2  — Sunday, June 14, 2025

   Slow Misty Morning (7:00 – 9:00 AM )

›  Wake up to cool mist rolling across the estate

›  Tea or coffee with scenic views

›  We start for a relaxed small coffee plantation walk 

   Breakfast at Homestay

›  Sit-down breakfast together as a group with an activity

›  Fresh, home-cooked meal to fuel the da

  Closing Circle, Group Photos & Check-out

›  Closing circle: each person shares one memory from the trip

›  Group photos

  Begin Return Journey(12:00 PM)

›  Sakleshpur → Hassan → Bangalore

›  Lunch stop en route + quick coffee break near Hassan

 Estimated arrival in Bangalore: 6:30–7:00 PM. The views on the return drive through the ghats are just as good — keep your cameras ready.

Cancellation policy:

Any cancellations within 21 days, before the commencement of the trip, only 50% of your advance will be refunded.

Any cancellations 7 days before the commencement of the trip, advance will not be refunded.
