Currently, I am serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering at Daffodil International University since 13 September 2025. Daffodil International University is recognized as one of the leading private universities in Bangladesh and has achieved notable positions in the Times Higher Education rankings. As an academic and researcher, I am committed to advancing knowledge in nutrition, food science, and public health through teaching, research, and community engagement.
I completed both my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Nutrition and Food Technology from Jashore University of Science and Technology, where I gained strong expertise in food science, nutrition, public health and research methodologies. My passion for higher education and scientific exploration motivates me to pursue impactful research addressing real-world challenges in nutrition and public health.
Beyond academia, I founded Chowdala Poribar to support underprivileged communities, reflecting my dedication to social responsibility and community welfare. I also founded Bangladesh Research and Writing Institute (BRWI) to promote research excellence, academic writing, and scientific collaboration among students and researchers.

Placed 3rd out of approximately 10,000 participants in the As-Sunnah Foundation's Online Quiz.

Worked on the USAID-funded project, "Bangladesh Livestock and Nutrition Activity," in collaboration with ACDI/VOCA, from January 1 to March 5, 2023.
Secured the 3rd position in the much-attended NUTRI Champs competition, which was held in 2020 and telecasted on R TV.

I was honoured with the Best Presentation Award at an International Conference, where I presented my research abstract. It was a great honor for me to receive such an accolade and I am grateful for the recognition of my work.
I placed 3rd in a nutrition-based cooking competition that was televised nationally on RTV Bangladesh.
I had placed second in the 100-meter sprint at the inter-university sports week.
I was asked to speak on a program concerning children's nutrition, and they gave me this as a gratitude.
