SAK Block Puzzle ("the App") is developed and operated by SAK STUDIOS ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require account creation, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information to operate the App.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most apps, the App may automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, crash logs, and app usage statistics (e.g. gameplay sessions, high scores) to help us maintain and improve the App. Gameplay data such as scores and progress is stored locally on your device and, if you connect Google Play Games, on your Google account for cross-device sync and leaderboards.

Advertising

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use data, including your advertising identifier and general location, to serve ads and measure their performance. Where required by law (including in the European Economic Area, UK, and applicable US states), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change this choice at any time from the App's Settings screen under "Privacy Options."

Google Play Games Services

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games profile is used to save your progress, display leaderboards, and unlock achievements, in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Data Deletion

Locally stored game data (scores, settings, progress) can be deleted at any time by clearing the App's data/cache in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of any data associated with your Google Play Games account, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing, including personalized advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
