SAKA QR helps you:
Create and share a Contact QR (vCard) so others can save your contact details.
Optionally activate and use Pay QR after verifying your mobile number via OTP.
Provide a free version of the app that may display advertisements to users.

Profile Photo
You may choose a profile photo from your device (e.g., gallery).
The photo is used for in-app display only and is not embedded into the QR code.
Pay QR Activation Data
Mobile number used to activate Pay QR.
OTP code you enter to verify the number.
SAKA QR may process limited technical information needed for app reliability, security, and advertising support, such as:
App version and basic device/OS information
Diagnostic events or crash information (if provided by your device/platform)
Advertising-related information made available by your device or advertising provider, such as ad performance, basic device identifiers, and similar technical signals, where applicable
We use your information to:
Save and display your profile in the app
Generate a standard vCard QR code based on the details you choose to include
Verify your mobile number via OTP to activate Pay QR
Initiate payment requests (STK push) when you use Pay QR (through our integrated payment service provider)
Show ads in the free version of SAKA QR
Measure ad delivery, improve ad relevance where applicable, and support the app’s monetization
Prevent abuse, secure OTP verification, and maintain service reliability
We do not sell your personal information.
By default, SAKA QR stores the following locally on your phone:
Your saved Contact QR profile fields
Your profile photo file (local only)
Pay QR activation status
The verified Pay QR number (after successful activation)
Because OTP verification, STK push, and advertising services may require network processing:
Your mobile number is processed to deliver and verify OTP codes via our OTP provider (Cellcom).
Payment initiation data required for STK push is processed via our payment service provider (Tinypesa).
Limited technical and advertising-related data may be processed by our advertising partners or mediation providers in order to serve ads in the free version of the app.
We limit data shared to what is reasonably necessary to perform OTP verification, payment initiation, and ad delivery.
We share information only when necessary to provide the app’s functionality:

Tinypesa (STK push initiation / payment processing support)
Advertising partners, ad networks, or mediation providers that help us serve ads in the free version of SAKA QR
These providers may process data only to deliver their services on our behalf or as required for ad serving and related reporting.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, or respond to lawful requests.
If SAKA360 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy protections.
SAKA QR may display advertisements to users of the free version of the app.
To support this, we or our advertising partners may use limited technical information, such as device information, approximate location derived from IP, advertising identifiers, and ad interaction data, subject to your device settings and applicable law.
This information helps deliver, measure, and improve advertisements and helps us keep parts of the app available at no monetary cost to users.
Where required by law, we will rely on appropriate permissions, notices, or consent mechanisms for personalized advertising.
Contact QR is generated as a vCard using the details you provide.
Anyone who scans your Contact QR may import and store your details in their contacts app.
You control what is included by editing your profile fields.
Profile photos are not included in the QR code to keep QR codes scannable and lightweight.
SAKA QR may request permissions to support features, such as:
Photos/Media (Gallery): to select a profile photo
Camera (optional): if you use QR scanning or take a photo (where supported)
Internet/Network Access: to perform OTP verification, initiate STK push, and load ads
Future updates: As we roll out new features, the app may request additional permissions strictly related to those features. You can review and manage permissions anytime in your device settings.
Local profile data stays on your device until you edit/delete it (if supported), clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
OTP, payment-related, and advertising-related processing data may be retained only as needed for:
completing verification/payment workflows,
delivering and measuring advertisements,
preventing fraud/abuse,
meeting legal or regulatory obligations,
maintaining operational and security logs.
We aim to retain such data for the shortest practical period consistent with the purposes above.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including secure network communication where applicable and controls designed to reduce unauthorized access or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
SAKA QR is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.
You can:
Update your profile fields anytime in the app
Remove local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app
Review and manage advertising preferences through your device settings, where supported
Contact us to request help regarding OTP, payment, or ad-related processing data (where applicable)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection).
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will revise the Effective Date and publish the updated policy. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
