Research Scientist
I am a research scientist at the NCL Lab, having recently completed my PhD in Electronic Engineering from Jeju National University. My academic journey spans prestigious institutions across South Korea, China, and Pakistan, where I earned a Master of Science from North China Electric Power University and a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Specializing in Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks, advanced 5G/6G technologies, and Intent-Based Networking, I have developed a robust technical foundation through both academic research and practical experience, including a pivotal role as a SOC analyst at Afinit.
My doctoral research focused on creating an AI-driven Intent-Based Networking system that integrates Large Language Models, Deep Reinforcement Learning, and Kubernetes to dynamically orchestrate resources across satellite, aerial, and terrestrial layers. This work led to innovative projects like IBN@TEIN, where Graph Neural Networks were employed to optimize path selection and enhance Quality of Service. In addition to my research contributions, I have explored cybersecurity challenges by developing neural network-based intrusion detection systems and enhancing network resilience. I am passionate about advancing network automation through Machine learning, Deep learning, and cybersecurity to bridge global connectivity gaps and drive the future of intelligent, resilient network systems.
