Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Sajély collects and how it's used. Sajély is currently in private alpha testing.
What we collect: your email address (to sign in and verify identity); photos you upload of outfits and accessories; event, sub-event, and RSVP information you or a host enters; basic device and app usage information used only to diagnose crashes and bugs.
How we use it: to let you sign in and join events you've been invited to; to show your outfit posts and photos to other members of the same event; to send sign-in codes and, if you opt in, event notifications; to fix bugs and improve the app.
Who can see your information: Outfit posts and photos are visible only to members of the event you posted them to. We don't sell your data, and we don't show your information to anyone outside the events you've joined.
Data storage: Data is stored with our infrastructure provider using private, access-controlled storage. Photos are served through links that expire rather than being permanently public.
Your choices: You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time — see Delete your account below.
This is an early, plain-language policy for our alpha testers. It will be expanded and formally reviewed ahead of public launch.
Delete Your Account
Users may permanently delete their Sajély account at any time from within the app, via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion requires explicit confirmation and cannot be undone. Upon deletion, we permanently remove the user's profile, login credentials, outfit posts, wardrobe and accessory items, uploaded photos, likes, and outfit-matching tags. If the user was the creator of a wedding Event or sub-event that other members are still using, that Event remains intact for the remaining members, with the creator attribution removed. If the user had RSVP'd to any sub-event, their RSVP response is retained in anonymized form (name only, with no account, login access, or personal data attached) so that other members' event planning is not disrupted; this name can be removed on request by contacting us. No other personal data is retained after account deletion.
Terms of Use
Sajély is currently a private alpha. Features, availability, and design may change without notice.
You're responsible for the content you post, including outfit photos, and for having the right to share any photos you upload.
Don't use Sajély to share content that isn't yours, that's abusive, or that violates someone else's privacy.
Event hosts are responsible for who they invite into their event.
We may remove content or suspend access to events that violate these terms.
A complete terms of service will be published ahead of public launch.
