This Privacy Policy applies to the Saiyadul Istigfar mobile application (referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Application”). The Application provides the text and audio of Saiyadul Istigfar for educational and spiritual purposes.
By using the Application, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The Application does not require users to create an account, register, or log in. We do not directly ask users to provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, postal address, or payment information.
We do not operate a backend database such as Firebase for storing user accounts or user-generated content. The Application also does not access users’ contacts, personal files, microphone, camera, or precise GPS location.
However, the third-party advertising and measurement services described below may automatically collect or process certain technical, device, advertising, and usage information.
The Application uses Google AdMob to display a banner advertisement. Depending on the Google Mobile Ads SDK version, device settings, consent choices, advertising settings, and applicable law, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:
IP address, which may be used to infer approximate location;
User-resettable Android Advertising ID, where available;
App Set ID or other device identifiers;
Device model, operating-system version, language, and general device information;
App launches, app interactions, ad impressions, and ad interactions;
Diagnostic, crash-related, and SDK performance information; and
Information used for advertising, analytics, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
Google may use this information to provide personalized advertising where permitted, provide non-personalized or limited ads, measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve its services.
For more information, please review:
The Application uses the Meta/Facebook Android SDK to support Facebook app-install advertising, advertising attribution, campaign measurement, and App Events.
Depending on the SDK configuration, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, Meta may automatically receive or process information such as:
App installation, activation, or first-launch events;
App launches and other automatically logged App Events;
User-resettable Android Advertising ID, where available;
Application identifier, package name, and application version;
Device model, operating system, language, and other device information;
IP address, which may be used to infer approximate location;
Event date and time;
App interactions, advertising-attribution information, and campaign information; and
Diagnostic, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention information.
This information may be used by Meta to attribute app installations to advertising campaigns, measure campaign performance, provide analytics, improve advertising services, and protect against fraud and abuse.
The Application does not use Facebook Login. We do not intentionally send the locally stored Saiyadul Istigfar audio, users’ personal files, contacts, microphone recordings, camera content, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Meta.
Meta processes information according to its own terms and privacy practices. For more information, please review the Meta Privacy Policy.
Where required by applicable law, the Application or its advertising providers may display a consent message or privacy choices before using advertising-related identifiers or providing personalized advertisements.
Depending on the user’s location, device settings, age, consent choices, and provider configuration, advertisements and advertising measurement may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or restricted.
Users may control or reset their Android Advertising ID through their device’s privacy or advertising settings. Users may also manage available Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center.
Technical, advertising, and usage information processed through Google AdMob and the Meta/Facebook SDK may be used for:
Displaying and delivering advertisements;
App-install attribution;
Campaign and advertisement measurement;
App Events and analytics;
Personalized advertising, where permitted;
Non-personalized or limited advertising;
Ad frequency control;
Service improvement and diagnostics;
Security, abuse prevention, and fraud prevention; and
Compliance with legal obligations.
We do not use this information to create user accounts or personal profiles within the Application.
We do not sell users’ personal information.
Advertising-related and technical information may be automatically transmitted to or processed by Google, Meta, and their advertising, analytics, measurement, security, or service partners as described in this Privacy Policy and under those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, governmental requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce applicable terms.
The Application does not maintain user accounts or store users’ personal information on a developer-operated backend server. The text and audio features operate locally on the user’s device.
Google, Meta, and their partners may retain information collected through their SDKs according to their own data-retention policies, legal obligations, security requirements, and user settings. We do not directly control their retention periods.
The Application includes an audio feature for listening to Saiyadul Istigfar. The audio is provided and played locally through the Application. This feature does not require access to the user’s microphone, camera, contacts, or personal media files.
We take reasonable steps to limit the Application’s access to data and use established third-party service providers. Nevertheless, no electronic transmission, software, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google and Meta apply their own technical and organizational security measures to information processed through their services. Users should review those providers’ privacy and security information for further details.
The Application is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum legal age required in the user’s country. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to us.
Google AdMob and the Meta/Facebook SDK may process technical or advertising information as described above. Where the Application is offered to children or users of unknown age, advertising and measurement must be configured in accordance with applicable child-privacy laws and Google Play’s Families policies, including restrictions on personalized advertising and advertising identifiers where required.
If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the Application or that information has been processed unlawfully, they may contact us using the email address below.
The Application may display advertisements or links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party applications, websites, or services. Users should review the privacy policy of any third-party service they choose to access.
Depending on the user’s country or region, the user may have rights regarding personal information, including rights to access, correct, object to, restrict, or request deletion of certain information.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or a developer-operated database of personal information, we may not possess information that can be directly identified with a particular user. Requests concerning information processed by Google or Meta may need to be submitted directly through the privacy tools or contact methods provided by those companies.
Users may contact us with privacy questions or requests at the email address provided in the Contact Us section.
Google, Meta, and their service partners may process information on servers located outside the user’s country. Where required, those providers rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international data transfers under their own privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, third-party SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the Last Updated date will be revised. Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
