Effective Date: September 4, 2026
SaitamagrsApps (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service Provider”) developed KyuR Code (“the Application”) as an offline-first QR code scanning, creation, customization, sharing, and utility application.
This Privacy Policy explains what information KyuR Code processes, how it is used, where it is stored, and how third-party services such as Google AdMob may process information.
By downloading or using KyuR Suite, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
KyuR Suite does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information to use its core features.
The Application does not directly collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or account credentials for registration purposes.
You may enter information into the Application when creating QR codes, such as:
Text or URLs
Contact information
Phone numbers
SMS or email information
Wi-Fi network information
Location coordinates
UPI payment information
WhatsApp information
Cryptocurrency information
Calendar event information
This information is processed to provide the QR-generation and related functionality you request.
KyuR Code processes QR code content locally on your device.
QR codes that you scan or create, together with related history and favorites, may be stored locally on your device so that features such as History, Favorites, sharing, and export can function.
We do not operate a server that receives and stores your QR history as part of the Application's core functionality.
KyuR Code requests camera access when you use the QR scanning feature.
The camera is used to detect and scan QR codes. Camera data is processed for scanning purposes and is not used by KyuR Code to create a personal profile about you.
Camera access is only required when you use scanning functionality.
If you choose to scan a QR code from an image in your gallery, KyuR Code may access the image you select for that purpose.
The selected image is processed to detect QR information. The Application does not require access to your entire photo library for its core scanning functionality.
KyuR Code allows you to create QR codes containing location information that you provide, such as latitude and longitude.
The Application does not require continuous background location tracking for this functionality.
If you enter location information into a QR code, that information is encoded into the QR code according to your request.
KyuR Code is designed with an offline-first approach.
Information associated with QR codes, including scan history, generated QR records, and favorites, may be stored locally on your device.
This locally stored information remains under your control through your device and the Application's available features.
If you uninstall the Application or clear its application data, locally stored Application data may be deleted by the Android operating system.
KyuR Code does not provide an online account or cloud synchronization service for your QR history.
KyuR Code uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob is a third-party advertising service provided by Google. Depending on your device, settings, consent choices, location, applicable laws, and Google's policies, AdMob may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, IP address, and information about ad interactions for purposes such as advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
KyuR Code does not control the information independently collected and processed by Google through its advertising services.
For more information about Google's use of information in connection with advertising, please review Google's policies:
Google Ad Technology / Partner Policies
KyuR Code may display:
Banner advertisements
Native advertisements
Optional rewarded advertisements
Rewarded advertisements may be presented when you choose to access an applicable feature that uses a rewarded-ad unlock.
KyuR Code itself does not use traditional website cookies.
However, third-party SDKs used by the Application, including advertising SDKs such as Google AdMob, may use identifiers, SDK technologies, or similar technologies to provide advertising, measurement, security, and related services.
Where required by applicable law, consent will be requested for applicable non-essential data processing.
Information processed by KyuR Code is used to provide and operate the Application's features, including:
Scanning QR codes
Creating QR codes
Customizing QR codes
Saving scan and generation history
Managing favorites
Sharing QR codes
Exporting QR codes
Processing selected images for QR scanning
Providing optional advertisements
Improving Application reliability and functionality
Complying with applicable legal requirements
We do not sell your locally stored QR history or QR content to third parties.
KyuR Code does not routinely transmit your QR history or generated QR content to our servers because the Application does not operate a cloud database for this information.
Information may nevertheless be processed by third-party services when required for a feature or service, including advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Information may also be shared when you explicitly choose to use Android's sharing functionality or another external application. For example, when you choose to share a generated QR image, Android may provide that content to the application you select.
Third-party applications that receive shared information are responsible for their own privacy practices.
KyuR Code may provide functionality to export or back up information in formats such as images, PDF, or JSON.
These files are created on your device and may be saved to locations accessible through Android's file and storage system.
You are responsible for managing, sharing, or deleting exported files from your device.
If you voluntarily share an exported file with another person, application, or service, that recipient's privacy practices will apply.
The Application may interact with Android system features or third-party applications when you choose actions such as:
Opening a website
Making a phone call
Sending an SMS
Sending an email
Opening Wi-Fi settings
Adding a calendar event
Opening a map or location-related application
Sharing generated QR content
KyuR Code is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party applications or services that you choose to use.
Such services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
QR history, favorites, and other locally stored Application data may remain on your device until you delete it through the Application, clear the Application's data, or uninstall the Application.
Information processed by Google AdMob is subject to Google's applicable policies and retention practices. KyuR Code does not control Google's retention periods.
We do not claim a specific retention period for data processed independently by third-party service providers.
We take reasonable measures in designing and maintaining KyuR Code to protect information processed by the Application.
Because much of the Application's QR functionality operates locally on your device, QR information does not need to be transmitted to our servers for the core scanning and generation features.
However, no electronic storage system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including its screen lock, operating-system security, and access to locally stored Application data.
Depending on your country or jurisdiction, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:
Request access to personal information
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of personal information
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Object to or restrict certain processing
Request information about how personal information is processed
Because KyuR Code 's QR history and generated content are primarily stored locally on your device, you can generally manage or delete that information directly through the Application or Android device settings.

If you are a California resident, applicable California privacy laws may provide you with additional rights concerning your personal information.
These may include rights to:
Know what categories of personal information are collected
Request deletion of personal information
Request correction of inaccurate personal information
Opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable
Receive equal treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights
KyuR Code does not sell your QR history or generated QR content.
Advertising-related data processing may be performed by third-party providers such as Google according to their applicable policies and your available privacy choices.

Some third-party service providers used by the Application, including Google, may process information in countries other than your country of residence.
Where applicable, such providers may use legally recognized mechanisms for international data transfers, including appropriate contractual safeguards or adequacy decisions.
For information about Google's international data practices, please refer to Google's privacy documentation.
KyuR Code is not specifically directed toward children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for account registration because KyuR Suite does not require user accounts.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us at:
contactsaitamagrs.apps@gmail.com
We will take appropriate action as required by applicable law.
You can control your use of many Application features through your device and the Application itself.
You may:
Choose whether to use QR scanning
Choose whether to select images for scanning
Choose whether to create or save QR codes
Choose whether to export or share QR content
Delete locally stored Application data
Uninstall the Application
Advertising and privacy choices may also be available through your Android device settings, Google's services, or consent mechanisms presented within the Application, depending on your location and applicable requirements.
You may stop using KyuR Code at any time by uninstalling the Application.
Uninstalling KyuR Code generally removes the Application and its locally stored application data from your device according to Android's system behavior.
Uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete information that may previously have been processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob.
For requests concerning third-party data, you should contact the relevant third-party provider according to its privacy procedures.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to KyuR Code, applicable laws, third-party services, or our privacy practices.
When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published with a new Effective Date.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
If you have questions, concerns, requests, or suggestions regarding this Privacy Policy or the privacy practices of KyuR Code, please contact:
