Introduction
This privacy policy applies to the Flash Now app for mobile devices that was created by SaitamagrsLABS as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Application.
Information Collection and Use
Permissions We Request
The Application requires certain permissions to provide core functionality. All permissions are used only as described and never for unintended purposes:
Camera Permission
Purpose: Controls your device's flashlight (LED flash) for the main flashlight, timer, strobe, SOS, and all lighting features
Note: The Application does not capture photos, record videos, or access any camera image data. Only the flash unit is controlled
Required: Yes - Without this permission, the flashlight features cannot function
Microphone Permission
Purpose: Enables the "Clap-to-Toggle" feature to detect hand claps for hands-free flashlight control
Note: All audio processing happens locally on your device. No audio recordings are ever stored, transmitted, or saved to any servers. The microphone is only actively listening when the clap detection feature is enabled
Required: Optional - If you deny this permission, clap detection will not work, but all other features remain available
Notification Access
Purpose: Displays timer status notifications and provides quick controls to stop the timer directly from the notification panel
Note: Notifications show countdown time and timer status
Required: Optional - Timer will still run but without notification updates
WAKE_LOCK Permission
Purpose: Keeps your screen on during active timer sessions when Lock Mode is enabled, ensuring the timer completes reliably
Required: Required for Lock Mode feature
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS Permission
Purpose: Ensures the timer continues running reliably when the app is in the background or device is locked
Note: Prevents the system from putting the app to sleep during active timer sessions
Required: Optional - Timer may be affected by system battery optimization if denied
The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it to improve performance and user experience:
Device Information: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version
Usage Data: The pages/screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those screens, feature interactions
Diagnostic Information: Crash reports and performance data to help fix bugs and improve stability
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
For a better experience, while using certain features, the Application may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
With their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at contactsaitamagrs.apps@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Automatically collected information may be retained for up to some period and then aggregated or deleted.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Managing Permissions
You can manage or revoke app permissions at any time through your device settings:
Android: Settings > Apps > Flash Now > Permissions
Clap Detection: Disable the feature in-app settings or revoke microphone permission
Notifications: Revoke notification permission in device settings or disable in-app
Personalized Ads: Opt out via Google Settings on your device
All Data Collection: Uninstall the Application
Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at contactsaitamagrs.apps@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
All sensitive operations (such as clap detection) are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
