COOPERATION IN DISTANCE LEARNING IN ELECTRONICENVIRONMENT

ABSTRACT— In the 21st century, the most expensive product will be good education.

Cooperation is a guarantee for improving the quality, for providing access to education for all schoolchildren, for building a community of students working together in the name of the global goal and for the development of good pedagogical practices and innovations.

Education would have a key role in change only if we turn to a student and "ignite" in them the spiritual spark needed for every conscious life. And we make them think globally, think in detail, think critically.

The needs for the realization of a competitive knowledge-based economy presuppose the new educational priorities related to the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT).

The adaptation of education to the information age is not expressed in a simple action to modernize the learning space, but requires a complete change in the content, methods and goals of the educational system.

Only so tomorrow we will have a new world before us, the one we write and dream about so much today ...!

Summary: The aim of the study is to establish how digital competencies are developed through information and communication technologies in vocational education.

In today's world, information and communication technologies enable communication, innovation and efficiency in all spheres of life.

In the future, iconoclasm requires new abilities, from people not only with a set of professional skills, but who are creative and confidently use the full range of digital technologies.

For the purposes of quality vocational education, new innovative methods of teaching and learning are needed. The criteria for the effectiveness of a teacher in vocational education take into account not only the indicators of the educational activities of the students, but also their preparation for realization in a digitalized world.

One of the leading activities of a vocational education teacher is the development of technology for designing lessons for theoretical and practical training.

The training in information technology in the first high school stage aims at the students to master the knowledge, skills and attitudes related to the development of basic digital competencies.

As a result of the training, students gain confidence to quickly adapt to new technologies, to integrate them into everyday activities and use for independent learning, acquire skills to solve problems in a network environment and to create and publish information on the Internet. The introduction of practically oriented pedagogical projects in the educational process is considered a necessary condition for activating all participants in the educational process.

Information and communication technologies can be used in all types of lessons from this stage of training.

Today, digital competence is part of the key competences and is considered a key factor in the development of digital culture and the information society worldwide.

The expected long-term benefit is an increase in practical professional and digital competencies and skills that will form competitive individuals in the labor market.

Развитие на дигитална грамотност в обучението по технологии и предприемачество в VIII клас

Резюме. В статията се акцентира върху дигиталните компетентности, дигиталната грамотност и дигиталните умения, които се развиват в процеса на обучение по технологии и предприемачество в VIII клас. Направен е преглед на общоприетите схващания за понятието дигитална компетентност, допирните точки и различията между термина и свързаните с него понятия – дигитални умения и дигитална грамотност. Обучението е ориентирано към увеличаване обема на самостоятелната работа. Чрез комбинация от теория и практически упражнения, базирани на интерактивни методи, учениците развиват личните си качества и интереси.Ключови думи: дигитални компетентности; дигитална грамотност; дигитални умения; кариера

Electronic lessons - a major part of the training

and development of digital competencies in vocational education

Summary: The development of technologies and their active use are changing the emphasis of the required competencies in vocational education, as more and more attention is paid not only to the acquisition of competencies and skills but to the acquisition of a certain group of skills. Demand for people with technological skills, especially obvious - IT skills and programming, social and emotional skills, "soft skills"(initiative, entrepreneurship, skills for effective people management), as well as cognitive skills (critical thinking, creativity, information analysis) increases compared to the demand for people with physical and manual skills (repairs, manual control of machines, technical skills) and basic cognitive skills (information collection and processing). Specific to this type of required skills is that once acquired, they need continuous improvement due to the rapid development of technology, which requires modern training, creating skills and attitudes for learning, and continuous upgrading and acquisition of new competencies.

Positive qualities can be developed in the student through learning content presented in an electronic environment, so e-learning consistently and permanently enter vocational education.

The variety of ICT-based teaching methods and the effectiveness of their use reinforces the fact that in a digital environment, students' knowledge is easier to master, while lasting and functional, and the educational process is defined as aware and motivated.
