Saint Vincents College is a remote co-educational school located at about 15 kilometers from Korovou Town and is sandwiched between the two dominant male government schools; Ratu Kadavulevu School and Queen Victoria School. It is situated uphill from the Natovi Jetty and its cross-road location serves students from Lomaiviti, Vanua Levu and from the other provinces of Fiji. Majority of the students hail from within the Parish from Wainibuka, Verata Ucunivaua in the Central and Bureiwai in Nakorotubu. It also provides education to Pacific Islanders and international catholic and non-catholic students.
The total number of students ranges from 280-300 each year and 40 -50% of the students reside in the hostel since it is also a boarding school.
The school was formerly a Junior Secondary School since its establishment in 1977 as Natovi Junior Secondary School before being renamed as is at present after becoming a high school with Forms 5 in 2005 and 22 students were the pioneers in the schools debut in the Fiji School Leaving Certificate in 2006. Year 2012 saw the introduction of Form 7 with 23 students.
The school is controlled by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese who is represented in the school by the Order of the Vincentian Priests. The church and the Parishioners had been solely responsible for the upkeep of the school for a long time.
