Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explores all the big questions of life with food, a talk and open discussion. Come along to the first night of Alpha to get a taste of what it's all about.

Alpha takes place across eleven sessions with the option of a day away in the middle. Each session starts with an evening meal then a short talk and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts. If at any point you decide Alpha isn't for you, that's not a problem. There's no pressure, no follow up and no charge.

We are planning an Alpha Course in early 2020.
