✔️ Bookmark the Parent Portal website
✔️ Save the Parent Council email to your contacts
✔️ Add the Football Events Calendar to Google Calendar
✔️ Review the communication chain (Parent → Grade Rep → Coach Liaison)
✔️ Read the Parent Handbook (“Football Parent Bible”)
✔️ Review Game Day Information (parking, tailgates, seating, dress code)
✔️ Review the season schedule (home + away games)
✔️ Understand the Parent Council roles & responsibilities
✔️ Read the Fundraising Overview (how we support the team)
✔️ Confirm your player’s move-in date and time
✔️ Ensure preseason physical is completed and submitted
✔️ Confirm insurance + health documents are up to date
✔️ Review the summer workout program
✔️ Check academic expectations (study hall, tutoring, GPA requirements)
✔️ Introduce yourself to your Grade Parent Reps
✔️ Sign up for Fall volunteering (tailgates, events, Senior Day, fundraisers)
✔️ Attend the Parent Welcome Meeting (Zoom or in-person)
✔️ Follow upcoming fundraising events (e.g., 50/50, merch sales)
✔️ Add the Parent Council contact to your WhatsApp
✔️ Scan QR codes for quick links (portal, donations, calendar, forms)
✔️ Download any needed campus maps or parking guides
✔️ Save athletic department emergency numbers
