The prices below are the RATES PER DAY IN EURO depending on the rental days and include:

Additional Cover (SCDW): the Super Collision Damage Waiver is an upgrade to the standard Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), significantly reducing the renter's personal risk. Liability of up to an additional € 500.00 per accident for damage to or theft of the vehicle.

Drivers aged 19 and 20 must pay plus 30% on the prices below.

Politica di cancellazione

Offriamo rimborsi completi per i clienti fino a 72 ore prima del ritiro. (Non sono previsti rimborsi per cancellazioni con preavviso inferiore a 72 ore.

Termini generali

Il locatario riceve il veicolo in perfetto stato e idoneo all'uso per il quale è stato noleggiato con tutte le relative attre zzature e documenti di accompagnamento e deve consegnarlo (veicolo, attrezzature e documenti di accompagnamento) esattamente nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto.

Ciclisti/utenti aggiuntivi

Il veicolo sarà utilizzato esclusivamente dal locatario e dalle persone espressamente indicate nel contratto come “altro utente”.

Aree di guida

Il locatario – L'altro utente non è autorizzato a guidare il veicolo fuori dall'isola di Corfù.

Regolamento del traffico

I veicoli dovranno essere utilizzati rispettando il codice della strada e a condizione che il conducente/utilizzatore abbia  esperienza pregressa con lo scooter e sia in possesso della necessaria patente di guida. Il Locatario – Altro Utente è inoltre obbligato a non guidare il veicolo sotto l'effetto di droghe o alcol. Infine, il locatario è l'unico responsabile delle eventuali multe che dovessero incorrere in caso di violazioni del codice della strada.

Regole della strada

Il locatario-Altro Utente è tenuto a circolare con il veicolo esclusivamente sulla rete stradale pubblica, senza dimostrare comportamenti di guida pericolosi (ad esempio partecipazione a gare di velocità e guida fuoristrada). Il locatario-Altro utente è tenuto a fare buon uso del veicolo e a chiudere a chiave il veicolo ogni volta che viene lasciato incustodito.

Danni

Al locatario saranno addebitati i danni causati al veicolo (ad esempio, danni ai pneumatici, perdita di specchietti, ecc.), nonché qualsiasi incidente o perdita causati per negligenza o colpa del locatario.

Difficoltà/incidenti meccanici

In caso di danni meccanici al veicolo o di incidente, il locatario deve informare immediatamente il locatore e il locatario è l'unico responsabile per i danni causati al veicolo o a terzi.

Abbandoni anticipati

Nessun rimborso in caso di riconsegna anticipata dello scooter.

Cancellation policy

We offer full refunds for customers up to 72 hours before collection. (No refunds for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.

General Terms

The Lessee shall receive the vehicle in perfect condition and suitable for the use for which it was rented with all its equipment and accompanying documents and must hand it over (vehicle, equipment and accompanying documents) in exactly the same condition in which it was received.

Additional cyclists/users

The vehicle shall be used exclusively by the Lessee and the persons expressly designated in the contract as "additional users".

Driving areas

The Lessee - The Other User is not authorised to drive the vehicle outside the island of Corfu.

Traffic Regulations

The vehicles shall be operated in compliance with the Highway Code and provided that the driver/user has previous experience with the scooter and holds the necessary driving licence. The Lessee - Other User is also obliged not to drive the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Finally, the Lessee is solely responsible for any fines incurred in the event of a traffic violation.

Rules of the road

The Lessee-Other User is obliged to drive the vehicle exclusively on public roads, without demonstrating dangerous driving behaviour (e.g. participation in speed races and off-road driving). The Lessee-Other User is obliged to make good use of the vehicle and to lock the vehicle whenever it is left unattended.

Damage

The Lessee shall be charged for any damage caused to the vehicle (e.g. tyre damage, loss of mirrors, etc.) as well as any accident or loss caused by the Lessee's negligence or fault.

Mechanical difficulties/accidents

In the event of mechanical damage to the vehicle or an accident, the Lessee must inform the Lessor immediately and the Lessee shall be solely responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or third parties.

Early abandonment

No reimbursement in case of early return of the scooter.

Special prices for FULL SCOOTER INSURANCE which includes:

*insurance against third parties - *zero excess - *all damages to the scooter - *protection against theft and fire.
