Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using SailFreeGPS Mobile App mobile application (the "App") operated by SailFreeGPS.

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who use the App.

By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use the App.

Purchases:

If you wish to purchase premium subscriptions (monthly or yearly) made available through the Service ("Premium"), you may be asked to supply your email to create an account. This will provide you access to premium feature described in the premium tab of the App.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content:

SailFreeGPS allows you to visualize GPS information (Speed, route, location) and displays your trip on a map. The captain of the boat is responsible for the safety of his boat and using external nautical chart (not provided by the App).

Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
