Sailesh Sigdel 

Wecome to my website ! I am Sailesh Sigdel, a soil science graduate from North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND,  one of the leading agricultural research institutions of the Upper Midwest region of the United States. Currently, I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Plant Science at Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA, where my research focuses on improving manure nitrogen management in Pennsylvania's no-till dairy cropping systems. 

I'm passionate about agricultural sustainability and environmental quality. I want to kickstart my career in agronomical research, focusing on sustainable farming practices and resilient cropping systems. I believe these efforts can contribute to global food security and make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change.
